Go to **Reports** on the left sidebar. 2. Under **Taxes and Forms**, open **PAYE Deduction Report** (or find it under **All Reports**). 3. Set the **Date Range**, then click **Run Report**. Use the filter, compare, schedule, and export options described below. * * * ## What the report shows **Column** **Description** **Employee Number** The employee’s number in Zoho Payroll. **Employee Name** The employee’s name. **Employee Status** Whether the employee is active, exited, or another status shown in the report. **Tax Code** The employee’s PAYE tax code (for example 1257L, BR, or a Scottish code such as S1257L). **Employee Contribution** PAYE deducted from the employee for the period. **Employer Contribution** Employer PAYE amount for the period, if shown. **Total Contribution** Combined total for the period. For a list of all the reports, see [Reports Centre](/uk/payroll/help/employer/reports/). ### Date range and more filters 1. Choose a **Date Range** preset (for example This Year, This Month, or Previous Month), or select **Custom** and pick start and end dates. 2. Optional: click **\+ More Filters** to narrow by fields such as payroll status, department, or work location. 3. Open the schedule option on the report. 2. Choose how often to send it (**Weekly**, **Monthly**, **Quarterly**, or **Yearly**). 3. Add recipients and the file format (PDF, XLS, XLSX, or CSV where available). 4. Choose **PDF**, **CSV** (where available), **XLS**, **XLSX**, or **Zoho Sheet**. 3. Optional: select **Protect this file with a password** and enter a password of at least 6 characters. 4.
