# If my organization has more than 50 tax authorities, how do I set up Sales Tax Automation?

If your organization has more than 50 tax authorities, you must first complete the bulk tax authority mapping process before proceeding with Sales Tax Automation setup. Here’s how:

*   Go to **Settings**.
*   Select **Taxes** under _Taxes & Compliance_.
*   Click **Set Up Sales Tax Automation**.
*   In the _Map Tax Authorities_ to setup pop-up, click **Export File** to export all the tax authorities in your organization as an XLSX file.
*   Map each existing tax authority to a system-recognized tax authority in the exported file.
*   Click **Choose File** to upload the mapped tax authorities XLSX file, or drag and drop it.
*   Click **Import**.
