How do I export the reports in Zoho Expense to QuickBooks Desktop?

Once a report is approved in Zoho Expense, you can export it to your QuickBooks account. Here’s how:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Click Reports on the left sidebar.
  • Select the report that you want to export.
  • Click Export to QuickBooks.

If your report contains both reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses, each will be exported separately as configured.

If you have made changes to the exported expenses and you want those changes to be updated in QuickBooks, you can click Export to QuickBooks again to update.

To export the reports to your QuickBooks Desktop account immediately, you can click Sync Now on the installed connector or the reports will be exported during the daily sync.
