What data can I import from QuickBooks Desktop into Zoho Expense?
The following can be imported from QuickBooks Desktop into Zoho Expense:
Accounts: Expense accounts and their sub-accounts will be imported as Categories to Zoho Expense.
Employees: Employees who have their email addresses listed in QuickBooks Desktop will be imported as Submitters to Zoho Expense. Once imported, you can customize their roles if needed.
Customers: Customers from QuickBooks Desktop will be imported as Customers in Zoho Expense. You can associate them with your expenses in Zoho Expense. Sub-customers will not be imported.
Jobs: Jobs will be imported as Projects into Zoho Expense.
Classes: Classes will be imported as options of a tag to Zoho Expense.
