How do I disconnect the integration with QuickBooks Online?

You can disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration if you do not want to integrate Zoho Expense and QuickBooks Online again. Once you disconnect the integration, all the imported accounts, users, and customers from QuickBooks Online will continue to remain active in Zoho Expense. However, you will no longer be able to export your expense reports to QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how you can disconnect the integration:

  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Settings on the left sidebar.
    (OR)
    Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Go to Accounting & ERP under Integrations.
  • Select QuickBooks Online.
  • Click Disconnect.
  • Confirm your action by clicking Confirm in the pop-up.

Note: After disconnecting this integration, the previous configurations and mappings with QuickBooks Online will be lost. Also, you cannot filter the reports that were previously exported to QuickBooks Online as the respective information will also be lost.
