How do I export reports to QuickBooks Online automatically?

You can export reports from Zoho Expense to QuickBooks Online automatically upon approval. To export reports automatically, you need to enable the option first. Here’s how:

1. Switch to Admin view.
2. Click Settings on the left sidebar and click Accounting and ERP under Integrations.
3. Click QuickBooks Online.
4. Click Show Details.
5. Click Change Configuration.
6. Select the Automatically upon approval option under How would you like to export all the approved reports?
