How can I map the taxes created in Zoho Expense with the taxes in QuickBooks Online?

To map the taxes created in Zoho Expense with the corresponding taxes in QuickBooks Online:

  • Log in to Zoho Expense.
  • Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
  • Go to Settings on the left sidebar.
    (OR)
    Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
  • Go to Accounting & ERP under Integrations.
  • Select QuickBooks Online.
  • Click Show Details.
  • Click Change Configuration.
  • Go to the Accounting Tax section.
  • Users can map two types of taxes, Individual or Group tax.
  • Select the desired tax from the dropdown under Zoho Expense Taxes.
  • Select a corresponding tax in QuickBooks Online under QuickBooks Online Taxes dropdown.
  • Click Save.

Note:

  • Group taxes in Zoho Expense must be mapped with the equivalent group taxes in QuickBooks.
  • Individual taxes in the group taxes must be mapped with the equivalent individual taxes in QuickBooks.
  • Individual taxes in Zoho Expense must be mapped with the equivalent individual taxes in QuickBooks.
