How can I make the description mandatory?
You can make the description mandatory for all expenses. To do this:
- Click Admin View.
- Click the

Go to Settings on the left sidebar.
Gear icon on the top right corner of the page. - Go to Policies under Users and Control.
- Click an existing policy or click + New Policy.
- Under Category Limits, click the Edit icon under General Limits.
- In the Make description mandatory field, select Yes to make description mandatory for all expenses.
- Click Save.
