Why was my report not auto-generated?

Report will get auto-generated only if users have unreported expenses in their account. If they don’t have any unreported expense, the report generation will not happen.

However, if you want to auto-generate reports for users even if there are no unreported expenses, you can enable a preference under Report Automation. To enable this preference:

  1. Click Admin View.

  2. Go to Settings on the left sidebar
    (OR)
    Click the Gear icon at the top right side.

  3. Click Report Automation under Automation.

  4. Under Additional Preferences, mark the Generate a report even if the user has no expense within the report generation period checkbox.

  5. Click Save. Once this is done, reports will be auto-generated for users even if there are no unreported expenses.
