Is it possible to share a report with all the policy violation messages so that my approvers can directly verify the policy violations and approve my reports?

You can run an analytic report on your policy violations for the required date range and export it. To do this:

1. Log in to Zoho Expense.

2. Go to Analytics on the left sidebar.

3. Under Reports, select Policy Violations.

4. Click Customize.

5. Edit the Date Range and the Status. Click Run Report.

6. Click PDF in the top right corner and click Export to run the report.
