If my organization has more than 50 tax authorities, how do I set up Sales Tax Automation?

If your organization has more than 50 tax authorities, you must first complete the bulk tax authority mapping process before proceeding with Sales Tax Automation setup. Here’s how:

Go to Settings.
Select Taxes under Taxes & Compliance.
Click Set Up Sales Tax Automation.
In the Map Tax Authorities setup pop-up, click Export File to export all the tax authorities in your organization as an XLSX file.
Map each existing tax authority to a system-recognized tax authority in the exported file.
Click Choose File to upload the mapped tax authorities XLSX file, or drag and drop it.
Click Import.

Once the tax authorities are mapped, you can proceed with the Sales Tax Automation setup.
