Analyzing your data allows you to make informed decisions and optimize your payroll processes. Here, you can: * Delve into your payroll and employee information * Generate insightful reports tailored to your needs * Export reports in various formats * * * ## Reports in Zoho Payroll You can click any report below to learn about it in detail. * **Payroll Summary**: An overview of the payrolls you’ve processed in Zoho Payroll. * **Employees’ Pay Summary**: A summary of payments made to your employees. * **Employees’ Salary Statement**: Detailed information on each employee’s salary. * **Benefits Summary**: A summary of employee benefits and contributions. * **Employee Deductions**: Insights into various deductions from employee pay. * **Tax Summary**: An overview of tax withholdings and liabilities. * **Tax Payment Summary**: A record of tax payments processed. * **Payroll Journal Summary**: Summarized records of all payroll journals. * **Activity Logs**: Tracks user activities within the module for enhanced security. * * * ## Generate Analytic Report You can generate any of the analytic reports listed on the Reports page. To generate an analytic report: 1. Click **Reports** on the left sidebar. 2. Click the analytic report you want to view. 3. The selected analytic report will be generated. * * * ## Export Analytic Report In Zoho Payroll, you can export your analytic reports in any of the following formats: * PDF * CSV * XLS or XLSX To export an analytic report: 1. Go to **Reports** on the left sidebar. 2. Click the analytic report you want to export. 3. Click the **Export as** dropdown at the top right corner of the page. Select the format in which you want to export your report. 4. If you want to protect this file with a password, check the **Protect this file with a password** option and enter a password with at least 6 characters. 5. Click **Export** to download the report.
