# I’ve been entering payroll data manually in Zoho Books. What should I do now?

You can skip the manual work by [integrating your Zoho Payroll organization with Zoho Books](/us/payroll/help/employer/integrations/zoho-books/). Once integrated, you can choose whether Zoho Payroll should automatically post payroll journal entries when processing a pay run. These entries include payroll expenses, tax liabilities, and benefit contributions—each mapped to the appropriate expense or liability account in Zoho Books.
