# How to revert a payroll in Zoho Payroll?

Zoho Payroll **does not allow you to revert an approved or completed pay run**. Once approved, the payroll is locked to ensure tax accuracy and compliance.

If any errors have been made in a payroll, you can:

*   Add the required changes in a **future pay run** using earnings or deductions.
*   Or reach out to [our support team](mailto:support@zohopayroll.com) for assistance, if necessary.
