Can I pay some of my employees by direct deposit and others via check?​

Yes, while setting up your employees you can enter their preferred mode of payment. You can find this option while setting up your employee profiles under the Payment Mode section. You can also edit this from the Employee Overview page.​

Note: If there are employees paid by direct deposit, then the payroll must be approved at least three days before the pay day.
