Can I edit or disable prior payroll after I’ve processed a few pay runs?


No. Once you’ve configured prior payroll and completed all other steps in the Getting Started page, the prior payroll data will be locked for verification. You will no longer be able to edit or disable prior payroll after this point—even if you haven’t processed any pay runs yet.

This restriction ensures accurate tax calculations, reporting, and compliance. We recommend reviewing all prior payroll details carefully before completing your setup.
