Batch Payments Preferences

In this help document, you’ll learn the preferences you can configure for the Batch Payments module in Zoho Spend.

To access the Preferences for the Batch Payments module:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner of the page.
    (OR)
  • Click Settings on the left sidebar.
  • Click Batch Payments under Payables.

Approvals

If your business requires batch payments to be approved by other employees, you can configure Approvals for the Batch Payments module in Zoho Spend.

Custom Buttons allows you to perform specific actions to bills when the button is clicked. Custom Links opens an external link. You can create them using a deluge script and execute actions based on the functions you add.
