Integrate Zoho Billing with SurveySparrow

Customer feedback is a key factor in enhancing business performance. By integrating SurveySparrow with Zoho Billing, you can include conversational surveys in your billing emails to collect valuable insights. This allows you to evaluate customer satisfaction and gather transactional feedback.

Integrate With SurveySparrow

You can integrate SurveySparrow with your Zoho Billing organisation to collect feedback from your customers at specific events, such as after payments or renewals.

Prerequisite: Ensure that your organization is not integrated with another survey application. You can connect only one survey application at a time.
Note: Only admins will be able to connect or disconnect the integration.

To integrate your Zoho Billing organization with SurveySparrow:

  • Log in to your Zoho Billing organization.
  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select Other Apps under Integrations & Marketplace.
  • Click Connect near SurveySparrow.

You will be directed to your SurveySparrow login page. You must authenticate using the email ID associated with the SurveySparrow account. You can then authorize the integration to complete the setup.

Note: Users must have an active SurveySparrow session to complete the authorization process.

Once connected, you will be able to insert survey into your organization’s email notifications.

Insert Surveys to Email Notifications

Prerequisite: Once you create a survey in SurveySparrow, make sure you switch to the Distribute tab to list it in Zoho Billing.

After you have integrated your organization with SurveySparrow, you will have to insert surveys into email templates. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings on the top right corner.
  • Select Email Notifications under Customization.
  • Select the email notification under Templates.
  • Click Show Mail Content to view the email template.
  • Click Insert Survey and then select a survey to add to your email notifications.
  • Click Save.

The survey will be included in the email templates.

Disconnect the Integration

You can disconnect SurveySparrow from Zoho Billing at any time if you no longer want to insert surveys to your email templates.

Warning: Disconnecting the integration will not remove the inserted surveys from existing email templates. You will have to edit the template and remove the surveys from the email templates to stop them from being sent to your customers.
  • Log in to your Zoho Billing organisation.
  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select Other Apps under Integrations & Marketplace.
  • Click Disconnect near SurveySparrow.

The integration with SurveySparrow will be disconnected.

Note: If any surveys included in the template are deleted or marked inactive in SurveySparrow, recipients may experience broken links or receive error responses. You must then update your email templates with new surveys.
