What are the prerequisites for migrating from Global edition to the South Africa edition of Zoho Books?

We have a migration tool that helps you with seamless migration from Global ediiton to the South Africa edition of Zoho Books. For the migration tool to be available, you must meet the following conditions:

1. Organization’s location should be South Africa.

2. Base currency should be set as ZAR.

   You can verify these by going to Settings > Organization > Profile.

3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) must be disabled.

   To do this:

   • Go to Settings and select Taxes under Taxes & Compliance
   • Now, disable the toggle next to TDS.

If you’ve met all these prerequisites, the migration tool will be visible on the Home page of your organization.
