Why am I unable to view the dropdown options under the external lookup field?

If youโ€™re unable to view the dropdown options under the external lookup field, ensure if youโ€™ve enabled the Zoho CRM API Access preference in Zoho CRM. Here’s how you can check this:

  • Go to the Zoho CRM web app.
  • Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  • Click Profile under Security Control.
  • Click the required profile and go to Developer Permissions.
  • Enable the Zoho CRM API Access.

Once this is done, perform an instant sync and check if users can view the values while creating an expense in your organization.
