  • How does the 15-day trial work?

    Your 15-day Premium trial will be activated as soon as you sign up for Backstage, during which time you can explore all our premium features. After the trial period, you’ll be moved to our Free Plan if you did not choose to upgrade. To view feature comparison across all trial plans, click here.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For yearly subscriptions, we also accept payment via bank or check transfer.

  • What’s the difference between a subscription-based and pay-per-event plan?

    With a subscription-based plan, you’ll be able to host unlimited events on your portal. On the other hand, the pay-per-event plan is suitable for organizers looking to host a single event, valid for one year from the date of purchase, after which it will be downgraded to a free plan.

  • Can we switch plans?

    Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time—no strings attached.

  • Which Backstage plan do we get in Zoho One?

    Zoho One users get the Free plan in Zoho Backstage along with one Premium event add-on. To host more events, you can either purchase our Premium or Ultimate add-ons. The add-ons can be purchased either as one-time add-ons whenever you require advanced features for an event, or as recurring add-ons (charged monthly or yearly).

  • Which Backstage plan do we get in Zoho Marketing Plus?

    Marketing Plus users get the Free plan in Zoho Backstage along with one Premium event add-on. To host more events, you can purchase our Essentials, Premium or Ultimate add-ons. The add-ons can be purchased either as one-time add-ons whenever you require advanced features for an event, or as recurring add-ons (charged monthly or yearly).
