Have you ever wished you could access your passwords and authentication codes from the same app? It's now possible with the latest integration of Zoho OneAuth and Zoho Vault.
Zoho OneAuth is an industry-standard authenticator app that enables multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your Zoho accounts and other MFA online accounts, like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
Zoho Vault is Zoho's password management application that helps individuals and businesses securely store, manage, and share passwords and other sensitive information. It enables users to practice strong account security without the hassle of remembering every credential.
And by integrating Zoho Vault with OneAuth, you can now access your passwords and verify them with MFA from a single app—less app-switching, easier navigation, and a smoother authentication experience.
Interested? You can now update the OneAuth app and try the integration out on your mobile devices via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Guaranteed friction free logins
From the numerous identity reports we've come across, it's evident that multi-factor authentication (MFA) is perceived as an inconvenience and an additional step that delays access to work and personal accounts. This friction is the reason why some digital account owners don't enable MFA.
To make your authentication a bit less painful, we at Zoho OneAuth are continually coming up with ways to make logging in easier yet secure, and removing friction one step at a time. As these improvements stack up over time, we hope they encourage more businesses and individuals to adopt layered authentication methods.
Zoho Vault + Zoho OneAuth is a step towards reduced friction in authentication.
Guaranteed fewer instances of app switches
Stop juggling between Zoho Vault and Zoho OneAuth and make account logins more seamless. Accounts you've secured with Vault are now synced and available for access in OneAuth.
If you're an existing OneAuth user, you can head to your settings, enable Vault, and enter your master password to use the app in OneAuth. New to Zoho Vault? Update OneAuth, sign up for Vault, and check it out now.
Add new web accounts to your Vault
Secure your online accounts; add new websites from a list of over 300 popular and custom options, and start protecting them with passwords.
Zoho Vault also has a built-in password generator that you can use to set up more complex credentials for your accounts.
Additional capabilities with the integration:
Track all the accounts available with Zoho Vault and copy your passwords on the go.
Use the Search bar to find your accounts more quickly; edit account details on the fly, including user names, passwords, and URLs.
Sync your Vault account details and for easy access, mark accounts you regularly access as "Favorites."
In the future, we're focusing on building additional capabilities for this integration — like adding different kinds of new passwords (not just web accounts), creating new folders, arranging folders, sharing current passwords with your team, and more.
