Leave management
- Customize leave types according to your organization's policies.
- Enable only the leave types that reflect your policies.
- You can also customize leaves based on specific work location, gender, department, or employee designation.
- You also have the option to enable rules on leaves lapse, or leave carry forward, or leave encashment.
Attendance management
- Define employee working hours, including check-in and check-out times.
- Auto-calculate attendance for half-days, full-days, and overtime based on working hours and also regularize attendance.
You also get real-time reports on leave and attendance, including LOP reports, attendance overtime, leave encashment, leave balance, and more. Additionally, you can create customized payroll reports and dashboards with the Zoho Analytics integration, leveraging this along with our existing tight ecosystem.

- Employees can apply for leave, view their leave balance, and access links provided through web tabs.
- Reporting managers can view employee leave details, approve leave requests, and access information on loans and salaries.
Advanced approval for all things salary
Regardless of the scale of the payroll operations, fine-grained access controls on processing salaries reduce the chances of incorrect pay runs or salary revisions.
You can set up a multi-level or custom approval process with unique criteria for salary revisions or pay runs to enhance payroll security. If you choose to put it on auto-pilot, there are options to configure auto-approvals.
Custom views
With custom views, you get an extensive ability to get a picture of your entire employee records. There are more than 20 fields to help you classify employee information based on CTC, or based on reporting manager. You can also choose to keep the custom views private or share them with your team.
