• How much storage is allotted in the Mail only plan?

• Can the mail size be extended for a single/specific users?

  Yes, it is possible. When on a paid plan, you may purchase additional storage and allocate it to specific users.

• When migrating, do you need to migrate ALL mailbox at once, or can you migrate the users in batches?

  You can migrate the mailboxes in multiple batches.

• What is the PST file size restriction?

  It is recommended to upload a file size of 10 GB for a hassle-free migration.

• How do you manage to have part of mailbox working on Office 365 and part already migrated to Zoho?

  You can configure Email routing/ Split delivery options to have dual ongoing email setup.

• Some user accounts have over 10GB emails - should I migrate one at a time?

  You can initiate migration for multiple accounts all at once irrespective on the email storage. Provided you have enough free space in zoho account into which the emails have to be migrated

• Sometimes company policies restrict their users to give out their passwords. Is there a way to work around this?

  In the One - Click migration method, it is enough to authenticate using the Admin's credentials. Hence there won't be any need for the users passwords

• What about archived email on O365, will it be migrated as well?

  If the emails are IN-Place archived, then such emails will not be migrated over

• What happens when the internet connection is interrupted during migration? Does the process need to be completely restarted?

  The whole migration happens on our servers. Hence it is not a problem if there is an internet connection failure on your end.

• Can an Outlook user maintain their existing mails on Outlook?

  Yes! After migrating the emails over to Zoho, the accounts can be configured as POP/IMAP/Exchange ActiveSync to be accessed via Outlook

• Does Zoho have a suite of multiple software just as same as Office 365?

  We have two types of plan bundles available. 1. Mail only 2. Workplace plans. The Mail only plans would give access only to the Zoho mail service, whereas the workplace bundle provides access to the commonly used office suite apps which are well crafted to make you love the product.

• I have 5 email accounts and I need to know if I can access all these emails in one Inbox. If so, how do we go about it?

  In order to switch between multiple accounts on a single interface, we would suggest you to download and install our desktop client app where you can add upto 10 user accounts and switch between the mailboxes/users from a single interface.

• Will Zoho Apps be able to read and/or edit files created in Google Docs and Microsoft Office? Will it offer full compatibility with little or no loss in formatting?

  We support all the MS Office and Google Docs formats. The files will be migrated with complete data and minimal change in formatting.

• Does Zoho calendars fully support working with Outlook the same as MS365?

  Yes! You can access Zoho calendar seamlessly through MS365

• I have about 10,000 users, Is it possible to sign up different sets of users on different Zoho mail plans?
