Cabot before Zoho People

"We were a small team when we started off, and did not need software to handle our HR requirements,",said Reshmi, Cabot's HR Manager at Cabot. She went on to say,, "But as we grew, we realised we needed a proper HR system that could manage all the requirements we had".

Cabot needed the right software to handle multiple HR requirements--like attendance tracking, company policy sharing, company wide announcements, among others. They found Zoho People was the perfect fit for their HR needs.

Life after implementing Zoho People

"Zoho People has been really helpful in managing our teams in a better way, and we are definitely exploring Zoho People more to learn how to maximise the benefits we get from it in catering to some of the specific HR needs," Reshmi said.

Talking about one feature the HR department loves most, she added: "We use the Reports feature a lot for various insights, specifically reports on Leave module report, attendance, and user rating. Our finance team uses the reimbursement approval feature a lot. And of course, there are features everyone loves like birthdays, work anniversaries, and auto reminders."
