How do I pay the transaction fee?
You don't have to pay the transaction fee manually. Zoho Payments deducts the fees from each transaction before depositing your earnings (payouts) into your bank account. -
How and when do I get the payouts?
We transfer the payouts into the bank account you provide during onboarding. You can choose to get payouts on particular days as well. -
When a customer disputes a payment, will I be charged an additional fee?
Yes, according to the regulations, you will be charged a dispute fee of $15 for every disputed transaction.
