With the year 2025 in the rear view mirror, we celebrate and cherish it. What a year it has been for Zoho Workplace! What stands out isn't just the features we shipped (though we did plenty of that). It's how things came together in ways that actually matter.
Some things just work better together. Peanut butter and jelly. Coffee and Monday mornings. AI and control. Security and usability. This year, we focused on those combinations that make your workday smoother instead of asking you to choose one or the other.
To celebrate a year of right combinations, we've created something special. Below, you'll find Pair & Reveal, an interactive game where you match icons to discover the 10 Zoho Workplace apps that evolved this year and the key updates in each of them. Ready to play?
Now that you've discovered what's new in each app, let's zoom out and look at the bigger picture of what made 2025 special.
Zoho Workplace in 2025
Here's a quick snapshot of Zoho Workplace in 2025.

Key updates across Zoho Workplace
From AI that saves time to features that help you work smarter, here's what changed this year.
1. Intelligence you can actually use
AI is everywhere these days. The real question is whether it makes your work easier or just adds another thing to manage. This year, we brought AI to Workplace in practical ways.
Writing assistant in Mail checks your writing quality and readability, fixes grammar, adjusts tone, and refines for clarity.
Zia in Zoho Show helps you create full slide decks, generate original visuals, expand or shorten content, and refine your messaging. Turn ideas into professional presentations without starting from scratch.
Data from Picture, Pattern Fill, and Translation in Sheet uses AI to turn messy data into something you can actually use. Snap a photo a receipt, notes or a photo and it is imported as editable data into the spreadsheet. Start typing a pattern and it finishes the rest. Need it in another language? Translate across 74 languages without leaving the spreadsheet.
AI-powered transcription in WorkDrive generates text versions of audio and video files. Click on a timestamp to jump straight to that part of the file. Supported for English across multiple formats
2. Work your way
Your workflow is unique. Your tools should adapt to it, not the other way around.
Slash commands in Mail let you invoke any application from the Mail Assistant. Fetch and add data from other apps right in your email composer. All you need is a configured slash command.
Interactive document generation in Writer uses merge templates, formula fields, and fillable fields to create form-like documents. Perfect for contracts, quotes, and work orders where collaborators fill out details directly in the document.
Automation Flow Designer in Writer builds document workflows visually, no code required. Trigger actions from document events, connect with other apps, and automate repetitive steps. If you find yourself doing the same document tasks on repeat, this one's for you.
3. Stay connected without the constant ping
Staying connected with your team matters. So does having time to focus without interruptions.
Auto response from anywhere in Cliq is now supported on mobile too. Set up auto response even when you're away from your desk, so teammates know why you're not responding right away.
Zoho Cliq integration with Calendar brings two-way sync between platforms. Launch audio/video conferences and start group chats with participants when an event is created.
Zoho Voice integration in Trident lets you manage business calls with a virtual phone number. Make and receive calls, send international SMS to over 100 countries, and enjoy unlimited call plans in 14 countries.
4. Present and collaborate in real time
Sharing your work should be simple, whether your audience is in the room or across the world. As they say, geography is history now.
LiveCast in Show streams your presentations in real time. Engage remote audiences without leaving your slide deck.
Audience window in Show projects slides on a separate screen while you control them from presenter view. Show your presentation on any screen without external meeting tools.
Live stream webinars in Meeting on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and custom platforms. Maximize your reach and connect with a broader audience in real time..
5. Security that earns trust
Security is one of those things nobody thinks about until something goes wrong. Then suddenly it's the only thing that matters. This year, we strengthened protections while keeping things simple.
Passkey management in Vault lets you handle passwords and passkeys in one place across web, extensions, and mobile. Enhanced login convenience with better security.
Zoho Vault is now available in Trident (Windows) brings the full power of Vault to your desktop with a seamless, native experience for managing passwords and sensitive data.
Work with delegated mailboxes in Trident lets you stay on top of your inbox and those delegated to you, side by side. View, read, or reply to emails on behalf of the mailbox owner, with just their permission and not their credentials.
Building for those who build nations
This year brought a milestone we're deeply grateful for: the Government of India's adoption of Zoho Workplace.
After an exhaustive evaluation process led by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the Digital India Corporation, Zoho was selected to power collaboration for government departments and public sector organizations. Over 1.2 million government employees now use Zoho Workplace for their daily communication and collaboration, from email and documents to meetings and file sharing.
The rigorous vetting process included security agencies, CERT-In, and continuous audits. Every layer of protection, every architectural decision, every commitment to data sovereignty, they all mattered. And they all held up. When organizations handling sensitive national information choose your platform, it says something about the security, reliability, and sovereignty you've built in. Read here if you wish to know more about the process.
We're honored by this responsibility. It reinforces what we've believed all along: secure, private, and powerful collaboration isn't a luxury. It's something every organization deserves, regardless of size or sector.
Where we met you in 2025
We spent a good chunk of 2025 meeting users in person. It was a joy to connect, learn, and hear what's working and what needs work.
Zoholics user conferences

India brought together 1,400+ members of our community for conversations about the future of work and hands-on sessions with product teams.
United States saw 1,300+ Zoho enthusiasts gather to share ideas, success stories, and real challenges. These in-person connections remind us why we build what we build.
Beyond these major gatherings, we connected with our community at Zoholics events around the world, from Canada, UK, Lagos and Mauritius to Germany, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and beyond. Each one was a chance to learn, share, and grow together.
Community meetups across three continents

Big conferences are valuable, but smaller gatherings help us connect with our community. We ran 19 community meetups across India, APAC, and MEA this year.
Users shared what works for them, what doesn't, and creative workarounds we hadn't thought of. These sessions shaped what we added to our roadmaps.
Industry conversations

We participated in the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit in London, the Technology Excellence Summit in Hyderabad, and the IDC Roundtable in Bengaluru.
These events gave us a platform to discuss security, privacy, and data sovereignty with business leaders and CIOs from larger enterprises. The conversations reinforced why positioning Workplace as a unified collaboration suite matters.
Learning together through webinars
We also brought insights straight to your screen through focused webinars. Across India and the US, more than 1,500 people joined us to learn how Workplace fits into real workflows.
Our most attended sessions explored themes that kept coming up in conversations with customers:
AI-Driven productivity: From drafts to decisions
Over 600 attendees tuned in to see how intelligence in Workplace can speed up writing, meetings, and everyday tasks without losing the human touch.
Proven ROI from CRM + Workplace integration
More than 400 participants joined us to look at real numbers, real examples, and how teams streamline work when collaboration and sales tools operate together.
Building a financial ecosystem with Workplace
A favorite among finance teams. We walked through combining security, compliance, and collaboration in a way that actually works for their day-to-day reality.

Recognition from reviewers
This year, review platforms recognized what we've been building.

Voices of our customers
Nothing beats hearing from people who use Workplace every day.

On social media

The icing on the cake? Shout-outs from government ministers recognizing Zoho Workplace's impact on national infrastructure.
Growing with our partner network
Our partners had a strong year. They influenced nearly half of all enterprise deals globally. In regions like APAC and Brazil, where trust and local presence are essential, partners drove close to 90% of enterprise business.
We strengthened relationships with system integrators including TCS, Infosys, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Grant Thornton, Savex, and Redington. These partnerships are built on consistently delivering on security, compliance, and scale.

At Inspire, our annual partner conference, we brought together partners from across regions to share insights, success stories, and strategies. Multiple chapters of Inspire gave us sharper understanding of local market dynamics and opened new pathways for growth.
What's next
The year ahead is about taking what worked in 2025 and pushing it further.
The business ecosystem approach
We're moving toward a future where intelligence doesn't just live in individual tools. It works across your entire business ecosystem. Autonomous agents that understand your organization's context, workflows, and goals. Intelligence that contextually dwells across all your apps. Systems that respect human judgment instead of bypassing it.
The focus is on building a workplace that adapts to how you work, scales with your growth, and keeps your data secure and private. A workplace where tools disappear and outcomes emerge.
Deeper, smarter, more connected
We're focused on making collaboration more intuitive, security more invisible, and integration more seamless. On expanding our global reach while staying locally relevant. On making Workplace not just powerful, but genuinely helpful.
And you're helping us build it. Yes, you do! Your feedback shapes our priorities. Your use cases inspire our innovation. Your trust drives our commitment to doing this right.
Thank you for 2025
This year was about listening and building. Every feature started with understanding what you needed. Every event gave us clearer direction.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our customers, users, partners, and everyone who's been part of this journey. Your trust and feedback shape what we build.
