2025 wasn’t just another year for us, it marked a full decade of Zoho Social. Ten years of serving marketers, creators, agencies, and businesses that rely on social media to grow. Ten years of learning from you, building with you, and improving every single workflow you depend on.
And what a milestone year it has been.
From launching two of our biggest products, LinkThread and Toolkit by Zoho Social, to rolling out some of the most user-loved features across publishing, analytics, mobile, inbox, and reporting, 2025 reaffirmed our commitment to giving you a platform that evolves with the ever-changing world of social media.
As we wrap up this milestone year and look ahead to 2026, here’s a recap of everything we built with you and for you.
A year of powerful features and thoughtful enhancements
We started 2025 by strengthening the core publishing and messaging experience on Zoho Social. Early in the year, marketers gained the ability to upload up to 10 images on TikTok; send richer audio and video messages across Facebook, Instagram, and X; and organize frequently used social channels into Publishing Groups for faster multichannel workflows. By March, threaded publishing arrived on X, Bluesky, and Threads, along with smoother Instagram onboarding via direct login, and detailed hashtag reporting to help brands understand what truly drives engagement.
As we moved into Q2, the focus shifted toward deeper insights and smarter conversations. We introduced private replies via DMs for Instagram and Facebook comments, unified management of Facebook ad comment threads inside Inbox, and expanded Insights with advanced hashtag analytics. Threads comments also became fully replyable and assignable from Inbox, helping teams stay in control of fast-moving discussions.
Q3 brought major improvements to mobility and analytics. LinkedIn Profile Analytics gave users a complete view of their personal brand performance, while Android gained the ability to connect and manage all social channels from the app. Monitoring expanded too—with support for Bluesky channels and Instagram tag mentions—while Creator accounts could finally publish Instagram stories directly through Zoho Social. Approvals for iOS rounded out the quarter, helping teams stay aligned even while on the move.
We wrapped up the year with some of our most user-loved enhancements. The new Post Preview allowed marketers to see exactly how their content would appear across each platform before publishing. On iOS, users gained TikTok image publishing, hashtag recommendations, and access to LinkedIn profile stats—all from the app. On Android, Mastodon support arrived for teams exploring newer, decentralized social spaces.
Two major launches that defined our decade year
LinkThread: A smarter way to share more
We introduced LinkThread, your one-link hub designed for social media. From creators to brands, LinkThread made it simpler to highlight campaigns, showcase products, and drive traffic to exactly where you want your audience to go—beautifully, intuitively, and with built-in analytics.
Toolkit by Zoho Social
2025 also saw the launch of Toolkit, a collection of powerful utilities, caption tools, AI helpers, quick content ideas, hashtag guidance, and more, built directly for marketers who want to create content faster and smarter.
Our first ever Social Media Bootcamp
Another highlight of 2025 was hosting our first Social Media Marketing Bootcamp, a one-of-a-kind learning experience where marketers, creators, SMBs, and community members joined us for a full day of hands-on sessions, expert talks, and interactive exercises.
The energy, participation, and feedback from everyone who attended were incredible. This was our first, but definitely not our last.
Connecting with the global marketing community
2025 also took Zoho Social to the global stage. At the MarTech Summit in London, we connected with marketers, agencies, and digital teams from across Europe, sharing insights, learning from their workflows, and showcasing everything new in Zoho Social.
We also had the opportunity to be part of Social Media Marketing World (SMMW) 2025, where we connected with thousands of social media professionals, creators, and marketers and showcased our newest capabilities, including LinkThread and Toolkit. There, we gathered invaluable insights that continue to shape our product vision for 2026 and beyond.
Closer to home, as part of CII’s multi-city event series on Digitisation of MSMEs for Growth & Resilience, our team engaged with small and medium business owners across Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, and Chennai. These conversations across industries—from textiles to food and agriculture—gave us deeper insight into the challenges MSMEs face and continue to shape how we build Zoho Social to better support their digital growth.
Looking ahead to 2026
A decade down, and we feel like we’re just getting started.
2026 will bring:
Automated replies - AI-powered responses to help teams handle conversations faster and more consistently across platforms.
Inbox reports - Detailed analytics on message volume, response times, team performance, and customer sentiment.
WhatsApp publishing - A space to create and publish updates directly to WhatsApp to reach audiences where real-time interactions happen.
Telegram publishing - Capabilities to schedule and publish posts to Telegram channels to support growing community-led communication.
Our vision remains the same: Build the most delightful, intelligent, and dependable social media management platform for the world’s marketers.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
Here’s to another decade of building, creating, and winning—together.
Happy New Year from all of us at Zoho Social!
