How can I re-assign a card to another user?
You can re-assign a card to another user by changing the Card Owner only if the card’s feeds are not associated with expenses.
To re-assign a card to another user:
- Click Admin View.
- Go to Corporate Cards on the left sidebar.
- Open the card and click the More in the top right side of the page.
- Click Edit.
- Change the Card Owner and click Save. You can change the Card Owner only if the card feeds are not associated with expenses.
If you would like to re-assign cards previously used by an ex-employee to a new user.
You can mark the cards as inactive as it will have expenses created by the previous user. Once done:

Switch to the Admin View.

Navigate to the Corporate Cards.

Go to the Unassigned tab.

Select the card and assign it to a new user.
