I believe the most convenient feature for our employees is the easy-to-use mobile version of the tool. You click a picture of the bill you just spent on, select the relevant expense head, and hit submit. Easy and intuitive expense management platform!

I have used many expense platforms and have yet to find one focused on the user experience. Zoho is extremely simple to navigate requiring almost zero training for our new hires! After years of using Concur it is refreshing to have a new system in place that our employees and accounting team love.

Sap Concur has awful customer service, Zoho gets back to me in less than 30 minutes on average
