How does this integration work?
Zoho Sign administrators enable the integration and associate users from their organization.
02To integrate InfoCert with Zoho Sign, users have to configure their InfoCert account and the credentials are securely shared via callbacks to Zoho Sign and the user needs to only enter their configured PIN.
03If signers would like to sign the documents with InfoCert they should select the option 'Sign via InfoCert' after filling out the signature fields in the document.
04The signer will receive an OTP to the registered phone number and upon entering the OTP, the signing process will be completed.
05Signers can download the signed copy of the document in their Zoho Sign account. A signed copy will also be sent to their email.
