Integrate Zoho Inventory with Delhivery
Shipping across India made easy with the Zoho Inventory - Delhivery integration. With Delhivery’s extensive network, a seamless shipping experience is made possible. Get real-time tracking of your shipments and keep your customers updated.
Prerequisite: You must have an active Delhivery account.
Set Up The Integration
- Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to Shipping under Integrations & Marketplace.
- Click Set Up Now under Delhivery.

- In a new tab, login to your Delhivery account.
- Navigate to API Setup in Settings
- Click Copy to copy the API key.

- Go back to Zoho Inventory and paste the copied API key in the API Key field.
- Click Save to complete the integration setup.
Create a Delhivery Shipment
Prerequisite: The Dispatch Address entered in Zoho Inventory should be the same as the pickup address in your Delhivery account.The Street Address and Phone Number must be added correctly in the destination address.
To create a Delhivery shipment in Zoho Inventory:
- Go to Packages under Sales.
- Hover over a package under the Not Shipped category.
- Click the three dot icon.
- Click Ship via Carrier. You’ll be redirected to the shipment creation page.
- Choose Delhivery as your carrier.
- Verify the Dispatch Address and Destination addresses. Make sure correct address information is provided.
- Click Save & Continue to proceed to the next step.
- Enter all the shipment details and choose your shipping mode under Service Tracking Preferences.
- Click Calculate Rates to get the current shipping rates.

- Click Create Shipment.
- You can now generate and download the shipping label. You can also download the shipping label from the shipment details page.
Note: The status of the shipment will be automatically updated once in every 12 hours. You can also manually check for the latest update by clicking Check Status.
Edit the Integration
Editing the integration let’s you connect Zoho Inventory with a different Delhivery account or reconnect your existing account if you have a new API key. Here’s how you can edit and enter a new API key:
- Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to Shipping under Integrations & Marketplace.
- Click the Edit button under Delhivery.

- Click OK to confirm.
Delete the Integration
- Login to your Zoho Inventory organisation.
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the page.
- Navigate to Shipping under Integrations & Marketplace.
- Click the Trash icon under Delhivery.

- Click OK to confirm.
