Generate and rephrase content using Zia

A simple prompt is all it takes to automatically generate content for business documents, such as sales orders, NDAs, purchase reports, and more. You can also rephrase your content using Zia.

Steps to generate content for a document using Zia

• Open a Writer document.
• Type "//" anywhere in the document editor.
• In the Ask Zia dialog that opens, describe the document you wish to create.
• Click Insert if you wish to add the content generated by Zia to your document. You can also converse with Zia to refine the generated content according to your needs before inserting it in the document.

Steps to rephrase a document's content using Zia

• Open a Zoho Writer document and select the content you wish to rephrase.
• Click the magic wand and click Rephrase from the list of options displayed.
• Click Insert if you wish to replace the existing content with the rephrased content. You can also converse with Zia to refine the generated content according to your needs before inserting it in the document.
