Keyboard Shortcuts in Zoho Books
Keyboard shortcuts, or hotkeys, make using Zoho Books faster and more convenient. They allow you to quickly perform actions within the application, streamlining repetitive tasks and saving time. With just a few keystrokes, you can create and save transactions, execute actions at the module or transaction level, and much more.

General
You can use these shortcuts from any page within the organization, and they will direct you to the relevant section or perform the intended action.
For instance, if you’re viewing the alance sheet of one organization and need to switch to another organization, you can easily press the O key on your keyboard from any module to view the list of all the organizations you manage in Zoho Books.

Module Level Actions
You can use the following shortcut keys to perform actions on the transactions within a module. These shortcuts are applicable only to the Sales and Purchase modules.

N | Create a New Transaction. |
Option + M | Email all/multiple transactions from the same module. |
Option + D | Download all/multiple transactions from the same module as a PDF. |
Option + I | Import all data to a particular module from your computer. |
Option + E | Export all data from a particular module to your computer. |
Option + A | Select all transactions in a specific module. |
Transaction Level Actions
After selecting a transaction, you can use the following shortcut keys to perform actions at the transaction level. These shortcuts allow you to act quickly without having to reach for a mouse. They are applicable only to the Sales and Purchase transaction.

Creation Actions
The following shortcuts will help you quickly create new transactions across various modules from anywhere in the organization.
