Themes

    Themes in Zoho Mail provide you with various options to customize the appearance of your Mailbox based on your preferences. You can change Light/Dark mode, background and theme color to enhance your mailing experience.

    The default theme is Blue - Dark. Follow the steps below to change the Themes.

    1. Login to Zoho Mail
    2. Click the Settings  icon.
    3. Go to System > Theme
    4. Zoho Mail offers five theme colors with Dark, Light, and White variations in each.
    5. The Theme colors that are available currently are
      • Blue
      • Green
      • Yellow
      • Red
      • Grey
      • Vintage
    6. Select the desired theme and it will get applied to your mailbox.
    7. You can also choose the Appearance of your mailbox from the following options:
      • Use system settings
      • Light mode
      • Night mode

    You can also use the Night mode toggle switch in the right pane to choose your appearance setting.
