In Mail, you can now assign due dates to subtasks within a main task.

Navigate the Compose page effortlessly! Use the Tab key to access icons and the Arrow keys to view drop-down menus. Just click the blank space beside the icons in the header of the compose page and use the keys to navigate to get started!

Now you can copy multiple recipients email addresses from the 'To' field in the compose window. Just hold down the shift key while selecting the email addresses, then copy and paste them as needed.

When previewing an email, if the actual URL and the displayed URL are different, then both URLs will be displayed in spam alert as 'URL mismatch alert'.

Now, you can view separate settings for Shared Mailbox provided in the Mail settings.

Now, you can upload multiple emails to your Zoho WorkDrive folder simultaneously. This can be done by selecting the desired emails and dragging and dropping them into the designated WorkDrive folder, which is easily accessible through the Zoho WorkDrive eWidget.

Content within attachments sent via SecurePass email cannot be copied or downloaded.

Now, you can provide an Alternate text when you insert an inline image in the compose page.

Now, before displaying images in email sent via SecurePass or Permalink, a "Display now" banner will appear asking for your consent. To have this configured, select "Ask me" option for loading external images in the Mail view settings.

Now, you can create filters and set up specific rules and criteria for emails within your IMAP accounts configured in Zoho Mail.

Using Subject-based email grouping settings, you can choose to list replies with modified subjects as separate conversations in the email listing.

You can now choose to add event invitations from your emails directly to the Zoho CRM Calendar instead of the Zoho Calendar for more efficient and consolidated management of your business events or activities related to customer relationship management.

Now, our gallery of pre-defined DRE functions has a new addition, bringing even more flexibility to manage your inbox. A pre-written script to automatically add attachments from an email to CRM when the sender is listed as a CRM lead or contact is added to the Gallery function.
