Configure Pay Schedule

A pay schedule defines how often you pay employees and which day they are paid. Once you save it, Zoho Payroll generates each regular pay run on time. You only need to review the details and approve the pay run.

Zoho Payroll supports three pay schedules:

FrequencyHow it works
Every WeekEmployees are paid on a set weekday every week, such as every Friday.
FortnightlyEmployees are paid on a set weekday every other week, such as every other Friday.
Every MonthEmployees are paid once a month, either on the last day of the month or on a set date.
